When they recycle glass, how do they know COE? Or are all they same color glass the same COE? Thanks

Recycled glass

I am mostly a mosaic artist and i buy a few different recycled glass products.  In each case the glass is sourced from a specific industry.  I buy tiles that are made of only bottle glass and some that are made from glass waste from the auto industry.  Colors are added during the tile making process as they come in a full spectrum of opaque and transparent colors
