How to upload a photo .jpg

I can't figure out how to upload a photo.

I tried the Insert/Edit image icon and the information in the Preview box isn't in English.  Actually, I'd probably still have trouble if it was in English!!

How to upload photos ALSO!

I have a problem with photos also.  The ZAPP application which so many shows want you to use to apply requires you to upload photos, and even though I can get them on my computer from the Walgreens CD, I can't get them to upload to their site.  Does anyone have experience withe this site?
