I'm not having any luck uploading my images. I end up with a blank page that says done, but there is nothing in my Gallery. Are my files too big, I tried with just one image but that didn't work either. Any suggestions?
What is the file size of
What is the file size of the image and what browser are you using?

When I clicked on 'my gallery' to upload, I got this:
"Authentication Failure
Your change cannot be completed due to a loss of session data. Please try again. If it still doesn't work, try logging out and logging back in.
Back to the Gallery"
I'm on a mac, safari & didn't get as far as uploading a file, but when I do, what size should it be?

File size needs to be 50K or
File size needs to be 50K or less. Image can be any size -- but will be scaled down if bigger than 500 pixels across.
Did you try logging out and back in as suggested by the error message?

Both times got the error message; logged out & back in again, same message.

Linda - I've been able to upload from my system with Safari for Windows -- but unfortunately I do not have access to a Mac.

In case anyone else has the same problem I was having, I unblocked my pop up windows & that finally did the trick.
