In the System 96 Sample Box I received many gorgeous looking SilverCoats glass pieces but  I have no idea how to use them. What are they used for? When I tried to fuse them they lost their color, shape etc... I need help please!:) Thank you! judit

Are you sure it was a System 96 sample box and not a regular Spectrum sample box?  Silver Coats are used in stained glass.  The mirror backing  would not work in the kiln.  If it was a System 96 sample box, you might need to contact whoever you purchased it from and tell them about the error.
